Returns or Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled without cancellation fees unless the order has reached its processing or shipped status. In the case of an order being processed or shipped and the customer wants to cancel the order a 15% fee will be deducted from the refund. Returns are only accepted within one week of the customer receiving the merchandise and will be charged up to a 20% restocking fee after that. Returns that have been clearly used (wires being spliced, etc.) cannot be refunded a full refund and returns cannot be made after a months use. We also do not accept returns with reasons such as "Cannot find a location to install," we have dealers across the nation and we can help you find a location if need be. Any car audio shop can install our products. Returns without RMA numbers will not be refunded and we are not liable as to what happens to the return, after 2 months we cannot refund the card though our processor as well. We do however have a great life-time warranty and will help with any repairs or defects with the alarm. Please contact us so we can help you with any situation before thinking of making a return. 

 

From time to time we have special discount coupons. Discounts such as the "Google" 5% off need to be entered as Coupon codes. If they are not entered then the discount will not be applied.

 

This service is not guaranteed but we are on time 90% of the time. Orders placed before 3 P.M. pacific time will most likely be shipped on the same day the order was placed.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a ECarSecurity product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ECarSecurity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ECarSecurity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ECarSecurity shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ECarSecurity without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
